Love U Digital
#01: I’m having trouble using Love U. Help!
- Clear your cache and cookies from your browser. Click here to download instructions document on how to do it.
- Refresh the page after clearing your cache.
- Log into Love U using this link: (and your email/password)
If you STILL can’t access the site, close out of the browser, reopen it and try again.
Should that fail (and I pray it doesn’t), please email loveu@evanmarckatz.com with details of what’s not working (screenshots, error messages, browser information) and we’ll do our best to help out as soon as we can.
#02: How come I can’t click on all the tabs to see what’s coming up next?
Love U is a guided curriculum. To ensure that you learn at a healthy and organic pace, every week, you will receive an email with a link to fresh new video content.
This allows you ample time to watch, take notes, and process your knowledge, rather than binge watching Love U like you would a Netflix series.
And if you like binge watching, I get it and I apologize. Like any new relationship, you can only take it one week at a time.
#03. How about those exercises beneath the videos? How important are they?
How important is love? How important is comfort? How important is laughter, stability, friendship, sex, understanding, and family?
Okay, I’m overstating the case, but you didn’t join Love U to “say” you joined Love U. You joined Love U to change your life.
Every week, you get 10 videos. Watch them.
Every week, you get a short exercise underneath the videos. Do it.
Not for me. For you. For your happiness. You’ll thank me when you’re done.
(Oh, and the exercises are generally kind of fun. I really think you’ll like them!)
#04. I just signed up for Love U. Should I be dating right now?
Now that you’ve enrolled in Love U, there’s a great temptation to try to meet your husband ASAP. Please, don’t. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
I’ve intentionally constructed Love U so that we’re spending the first 6 weeks working on your confidence, self-awareness, and mindset. We don’t get to online dating until Week 7, by which time, you’ve gotten you to date from a place of abundance instead of from a place of fear and scarcity.
In other words, you are ALLOWED to date before we get to Week 7 but, in general, I would discourage it so you can focus on the course itself.
#05. There are other programs on here. You suggested I would never have to buy another relationship program again.
You don’t. But you know how the book always seems to provide more character insight than the movie? That’s how it works here, too.
Finding the One Online offers 7 hours of audio, a 180 page transcript and a 35 page workbook about online dating. Love U offers about 1/5th of that in Week 7 on Online Dating.
Believe in Love offers a 250-page primer with a 65 page workbook on how to let go of your past, embrace the present and date with confidence. Love U tackles the same subject in 2 hours of video in the Confidence Module.
Why He Disappeared is a 133-page eBook with a 3 hour audio explaining why guys pull away after a first date, during courtship and from a relationship. Many of these ideas are interlaced throughout the course.
e-Cyrano is an online dating profile writing service that captures your unique essence and attracts higher quality men online.
FOCUS Coaching consists of 18 different recorded coaching sessions with live Q&A to answer your most pressing dating and relationship questions. This is unique standalone material that is not covered anywhere in Love U.
So while I do cover a lot of the same concepts as I do in Love U, the programs often go deeper than I possibly can in a half-hour of video per week.
#06. Hey, can I get a discount since I paid the big bucks for Love U?
For you? Anything! Use coupon code: LOVEUMORE to get 20% off of any digital program or 10% off e-Cyrano Profile Writing.
If you have any issues processing your order with the coupon code, please contact support@evanmarckatz.com.
#07. I don’t always like your tone, Evan. At times, you seem to get a little “mansplain-y” and can seem a bit tactless in giving advice. Women just want to be heard, not fixed, and often require a softer touch.
It’s pretty obvious why I put this in my FAQs, right? So here’s the deal: I’m a coach, not a therapist. Therapists are wonderful but their stock in trade is to listen, ask questions, and lead you to discover your own answers. That’s not what I do. I am – by definition – a mansplainer. Women come to me to listen to a happily married man explain what men are thinking – and my clients generally want to know what they can do differently to get a better result in love. I don’t do this to be an insensitive, know-it-all, egomaniacal jerk. I do this because my responsibility is different from the responsibility of your therapist, your mom, or your girlfriend, which is to listen and validate, above all. My job as your dating coach is to solve problems as quickly and clearly as possible, to clarify your thinking on situations so you can act from a place of confidence and be more effective in your relationships with men. Which is to say that I am, indeed, occasionally blunt and tactless, but I am never trying to hurt you, attack you, judge you, or embarrass you. I’m trying to help you – and everyone else in Love U – and I’m always doing the best I can. So I sincerely apologize if I rub you the wrong way. I’m also pretty sure this makes me like every other man in the world, including your future husband, so there’s probably a valuable lesson about tolerance in here.
#08. I get it. But sometimes, I really disagree with you and your advice.
That’s cool. Frankly, it would be shocking we agreed on everything. But remember: You’re not “wrong” just because I disagree with you. Then again, neither am I. A disagreement simply means we are two bright, independent people who look at the same situation and see it differently.
Obviously, I believe in my advice, but if it doesn’t work for you, that’s okay by me.
Ultimately, the measure of your success in Love U is how confident and happy you are in your relationships with men – not whether you agree with my every word.
#09. I feel like you’re asking me to change who I am in order to find love. What if I don’t want to change?
I’m sincerely sorry if you feel that way. If anything, Love U is designed to be a broad template of what can be considered “best practices” for what will be “most effective” on a majority of men. If you don’t find any piece of advice to your liking, you are perfectly entitled to ignore it. Just know these things:
- Advice that contradicts your feelings isn’t an attack. It’s simply a difference of opinion. Reasonable people can, and will, disagree, and I hope you don’t take our differences of opinion personally.
- If you ignore my advice because it doesn’t feel right to you, that’s fine. At the same time, you may not be choosing the “most effective” path.
If a man said, “I don’t want to pay for first dates if a woman wrote to me first,” I would tell him that although I’m sympathetic, he would be more effective with women if he grabbed the check. If he stuck to his guns because of his deep-seated feelings, that would be his prerogative, but he may not have much success with women.
You always have two choices: keep doing what you’re doing or make an adjustment that may turn out better. So while I never take it personally if you ignore me or contradict me, never forget that my only goal is to help you, not hurt you.
#10: Random question: how come your hair looks different in the videos?
Short answer: Because I made the 280 Love U videos before my professional photo shoot a few months later.
Long answer: My wife likes my hair long and shaggy, which is why many pictures you’ve seen of me have that look. But for the ladies of Love U, I wanted to clean up a little bit. Instead of seeing it as inconsistent, I’d like to think of it as “a little something for everybody.”
#11: How come your clothes look different in the photos and the videos?
I’m not a vain guy. I shave once a week. I rarely look in the mirror. I go clothes shopping once a year. I’m pretty comfortable in my skin. So I shot the videos just using the wardrobe in my closet. It wasn’t until a friend’s wife pointed out that my clothes were a little dated and baggy that I decided to shop for some more fitted items with the help of my superstar stylist friend, Kim Seltzer. C’est la vie.
#12. How can I change my log-in email address?
Just click here to change your email or password.
#13. What if I want a refund?
Love U Digital offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. Just email loveu@evanmarckatz.com within the first thirty days of the course and you’ll receive your full money back. Beyond 7 days, we do not offer refunds or stop payment plans.
#14. Do I still have access to all the materials after I graduate?
You have lifetime access to the Love U curriculum (videos, audios, transcripts, exercises). I am thrilled to keep the doors open for you to refresh your memory and get positive reinforcement whenever you need it in the future.
#15. So, how can I get the most out of Love U?
- Put an appointment on your calendar to watch Love U videos each week.
- Put an appointment on your calendar for ½ hour a day for online dating (starting in Week 7).
- Bookmark Love U on your computer and phone and stay logged in.
Voila, you’re all set to meet your Mr. Right!
#16. I really enjoy Love U but I have questions and I’d like more support in helping me understand men and find love.
I’d love to be able to help you navigate this with more confidence and I’ve created two great options for you: If you’d like to enroll in Love U Live – with six months of group coaching and six months in the Love U Facebook Community – click here to apply and schedule a breakthrough call with a Love U team member to see if you’re a good fit. And if you’re not in the position to invest in coaching to ask your most pressing dating questions, you can also get 26 weeks of recorded coaching calls from Love U. Click here to access the Love U Library for only $499.
#17. What happens on those Love U Live group coaching calls?
There are three great benefits of group coaching: a) you can potentially get personal coaching in addressing your biggest dating dilemmas, b) you can learn by listening to other women who are going through similar issues, and c) you can form real-life friendships that provide motivation and support when the going gets tough.
I’m proud of the Love U videos but coaching is a valuable resource that I’d love for you to take advantage of.
#18. What if I feel like I need support and coaching AFTER I graduate Love U?
If you feel you’ve learned a lot and want to take it to the next level, click here to apply to Love U Live.
If you’re qualified for a breakthrough call, one of my trained Love U Advisors will ask you a series of questions to determine if coaching is a good fit for you.
#19. I LOVED Love U. How can I share my Love U success story with you?
Thanks for asking! As you can see all over the site, Love U graduates very often end up in fairy-tale weddings. But that is FAR from the only way to have success in Love U. Success is getting online after a long layoff. Success is going on one new date a week. Success is dumping a guy who is not treating you the way you deserve. Success is learning how to make healthy relationship choices on your own and feeling optimistic about your chances at love in the future.
So if you LOVED Love U and you want to inspire other women to invest in their own happiness, click here to share your Love U success story.
#20. What if I have a question that isn’t in this FAQ?
If you made it this far and I didn’t answer your question, please email support@evanmarckatz.com and we’ll try to respond within 24 hours.
